I love this picture of my kids in front of the tree.
My single most favorite thing about Christmas is the tree.
Well I should clarify, it's actually the lights on the tree.
There is something about the amount of light that comes from them.
It's the perfect amount.
It fills the room with a peaceful, almost romantic feeling.
I love to sit in the living room at night and just look at the lights,
simply enjoying the feeling that it brings.
I mustn't forget, they have to be colored lights as well.
Oh, and it's always a fresh tree. The smell of a fresh tree is divine.
It makes the house smell so clean and green.
I love it.
